Biography
Bernstein received a BA in economics from the Academy of Chicago in 1986 and a JD from Harvard Law School in 1990. She was a visiting research fellow in police and economics at Harvard Law School and began instruction at Boston University in 1991. After she visited at the Academy of Pennsylvania and the Georgetown Law Middle, she joined the Georgetown faculty in 1995. After visiting the Police School in the fall of 1997 and Columbia Constabulary School in the leap of 1998, Bernstein joined the Law School kinesthesia. She has also been a visiting professor of law at Hebrew University, Tel Aviv University, The College of Constabulary and Business in Ramat Gan, the Interdisciplinary Center in State of israel, University of Paris Westward Nanneterre, and Bar Ilan University. Bernstein is besides an International Research Young man, Middle For Corporate Reputation, Said School of Business organisation, University of Oxford and a beau at World Commerce and Contracting.
Bernstein's research interests are in the surface area of contracts and commercial law with a special emphasis on modern supply concatenation relationships (with an emphasis on the manufacturing sector), social network analysis, and the intersection of strategy and relational contracting. She is also interested in the blueprint of commercial courts in emerging and transitioning economies, industry specific dispute resolution, and the relationship between social structures and economic development.
